Sorry I have been so quiet here... I do read, although I have not been lately.
I am at 119 now. I do keep losing for some reason. Guess my body isn't done yet. I had set a goal of 125 for myself!
Happy New Year to all! I am going to check in more often (that is my New Year's resolution).

You didn't mention what you were eating or if you are exercising. Could be you have let bad carbs sneak back in your diet (like me) or you aren't eating enough (like me too) or you need exercise more (that's one I don't need!).

163 .... after playing with 2 lbs back and forth all month, I got up this morning and was down a single lb from last month. At least I lost!

You did a great job continuing to lose over the holidays. I just got back from vacation this afternoon, and will weigh in the morning, I fear I did not do as well. I became a carb monster, which is unlike me.

For me I've had to regularly review the rules of the pouch, and I changed up how I was getting in my protein shakes [I split it into two shakes, but double the water]. And I've cut out the bad carbs. I am journaling everything I eat, too, with times and the emotions and feelings of hunger. I had definitely been emotional eating over the holidays and have put a stop to that. Since yesterday I FEEL much better, much more in control. HTH.
