Topic: RE: 1 Year Crunchers How are you Doing?
Well I am going the wrong way. Started the crunch at 223 now 232. I have lost 6 inches since the crunch satrted but gained 11lbs I still want to loose 50 more lbs. This does not seem possible. I had my body fat taken yesterday and I am at a 22%. This was done with calipers and an electrical current. Not sure what my goal percent of body fat should be but it defenaly shows I have more to go.My Hernia has been bothering me more and I have started looking into plastic surgery i admit a bit premutly but it took me 2-1/2 years to make up my mind on the rny so I figure it may aslo take me some time to decide on what and who I want to do my plastics. I only want to go in and have the plastics and hernia fixed at the same time do not want to get in the horse pistol any more than nessacery. Doug.

Hey Jen, I don't know what others do, but in situations like that , I just find a fit day item that is kind of like the one I'm eating. For instance I'd put in sugar free cookies, and just use that info. Now granted it's not exact, but it's usually close enough. Scott

Topic: Nutritional Facts!! HELP!!!
Does anyone know how to figure nutritional facts out for food items? I have been using fitday.com religiously since surgery and have heard that you can input certain ingredients into recording your daily intake. However, I have not figured out how to do that. Okay, so my specific query is that I found terrific Paula Deen flourless peanut butter cookies made with Splenda and I need to know how to input the nutritional facts into fitday.com. I looked on foodnetwork.com, which is where I found the recipe, but they are "an entertainment website only" and are not required to carry nutritional facts, unless the show is specifically designed to be a health-related show. *frustrated sigh* Any suggestions? Please! Jen Halliday
