Hmmm...I maybe eating a little too much. Darn and here I thought I was doing ok, not that I measure my food or anything but I guess I should. I just sorta stop when I feel full. Thanks Terri!

I get that sensation when
I eat too much or too fast, or drink too soon after I eat. My secret weapon to stop the discomfort? I chew Dentyne Fire (cinnamon) gum maid with splenda after I eat, or eat chewable papaya enzyme, the feeling passes quickly. Both of these things aid in digestion. Burping, always helps as well!

Well it's not a total loss, but at least I'm still losing. This past month, another 6 lbs gone. I now weight 227 (haven't been there in probably 14 years). I still have another 77 lbs to go. I have 11 weeks till my anniversary and am really hoping to get those 27 lbs off which looks like it's going to be a struggle. I have done some measurements checks though and even with only a 6 lbs loss this past month, my body has shown more changes. One day I'll actually post the numbers. Last check was around 88 total inches lost. I've since lost another 1.5 under my breasts. I'm hoping to stay at 38" there but this last check I was at 40" and at the rate I'm going, I'll end up below 38". Oh well, I guess that's okay if it does. At least my insurance will cover a boob modification (so long as I call it the right thing).

WTG Elisa!!! Congrats! I know its a great feeling when you see those numbers under 200. I know I felt like jumping for joy. This month I am stuck I think...I did not lose anything thism onth. I am at 194 and wearing Size 14 Misses Jeans and those are a little big around the waist so I can't complain, but I would like to make it to the 180's...Oh well...I know its because I am not exercising. I think that is my New Year's resolution. Anyway, great news! I am sooooooo happy for you!

Hi Elisa! I always get that feeling when I eat too fast or too much...or when I don't chew my food enough before swallowing. But once I burp a time or two, then I start to feel better. I have always had this feeling ever since I started to eat solids.
