I followed program and did 10 miles on the treadmill. Still the same [well, I gained .4 but I'll hope that was fluids]. But you go, Scott!

Hey everyone, Thanks for posting to the one year crunch post....how are you all doing?????? Are you eating better? Trying to work out more? what steps have you taken this week to reach your goals? Me: My starting goal was to lose 40 lbs by the time I hit my 1 year anniversary. Starting weight: 466 This week: 461 Total lost: 5 lbs!!!!! Ok so 5 lbs down 35 more to go. I've cut carbs out for the most part and have been working out with my trainer 3 times this week. Although I have to admit, I did have a cookie attack after working out today. I ate this gigantic rocky road cookie...YIKES!!! It was a really hard work out...so I deserved a treat??? lol...at least thats my story and i'm sticking to it. Well I have been losing hair like everyone else. But I went to my hair dresser the other day and he informed me that my new hair was growing in rather well. And that it was curly. I have always had straight here. So this is new too me. He says I will like it. I knew it was going crazy but I thought it was because the new hair was pushing up what was left of the old hair and had to wait for it to get to a descent lenght to cut it to match. I have really short hair so I had to let it grow a couple of months. Can you imagine curly hair. Any ideals for what to do with curly hair welcome. new to me and I have no ideal. love marie
