I know you mentioned you use them instead of FitDay, what do you like better about it? I had stopped FitDay when I joined WW because I was counting points, and when I switched to Core I even stopped counting points. I log my exercise by hand in a journal. It's about that time for me to mix things up again, so I'm just thinking of what to try next;)

That sucks! I know first hand how debilitating they can be.
I had migraines before surgery pretty regularly, I was on Immitrex and even had Darvocet occasionally for pain. I think I have had one migraine since surgery and it was really early on, I remember not being able to take Immitrex because I couldn't cru**** so my doc gave me Midrin - which I am actually still using because it works well for tension headaches, too.
I don't know if this is comforting, but after I had them a few times, I could see and feel the signs of one coming on. The main thing would be that I would get a 'halo' [ocular disturbance] over my left eye, I also feel physically weird, hard to explain. But if I medicate when I get these 'warnings' then I don't get a full blown migraine. So I think that has a lot to do with why I haven't had them more often. Anyway, for me, at least, my migraines are definitely manageable with meds. I hope you find something that works for you!

Hi everybody,
Looks like we made it! Elisa, I love the new pic! Congrats! My surgery anniversary date is next friday 2/9/07. what a difference a year makes! Just think now we'll have newbies on our Feb. site. Tonight some fortunate souls out there had their initial surguries today. The torch is now officially passed, I guess we're alumni now!!!

Wow Lori, so sorry to hear about this. I hope you are feeling better soon.
I haven't had any problems (thank goodness)...and I rarely have a headache. Take care of yourself and keep us updated. *hugs*
