Thank you all for posting... I knowing comparing myself to others is not a good thing, but it helps to know that I am not different from anyone else for the most part. I am looking forward to this journey with all of you!
Thank you!

Topic: RE: break down
I said to my husband about a week ago, as I watched him stuff his face at Chevy's with fajitas, how I was missing just eating ALOT, feeling the food go down and all that. I was slowly eating a bowl of chicken soup and I wasn't sure it was going to agree with me! But it was just that day and I'm over it. Hang in there and it will be history for you too. Thanks for sharing!

Topic: RE: Are you eating CRACKERS and BREAD and CARBS, oh my?
I eat grits at least once a week (with a little protein powder sprinkled in).  I also have tried other carbs (i.e. saltine crackers, a few strands of pasta, bite of mashed potato, baked corn chips), but I always pair it with a protein and I have had no problems.  But it is only a bit... I don't pu**** and I chew it to death!

Lunch: baked chicken, chili , nuts or pinto beans

Dinner: shrimp, chicken, grilled pork chop, quinoa and black beans or maybe something else protein...

Topic: I have to share my bragging
I can't really tell anybody IRL so I was hoping to get some support on this board.

I just realized today that I weigh 120 pounds less than when I gave birth to my twins 5.5 years ago. 80 were by diet and excerise (and getting those ginormous babies out of me!)  40 post op.

I'm sort of embarrassed that I weighed that much, I took eating for 3 very literally, but proud of where I've come. I honestly NEVER thought I would make it under 250 again.

So that's my bragging for the day! lol :)
