Well, whenever I go out, with a kid, 2 kids, or by myself, I try and walk a lot. Walmart or other stores - I park kinda far from the door so it forces me to walk more =)

I DO want to start doing my walk at home video soon. But there are some moves I know would kill me if I did too many of them!

I'm thinking my lack of exercise has put my weight loss not as good as it could be!!

Ohh, and I watch my two toddlers for longer and longer each day!

Basically low carb. I LOVE Taco Bell's pintos and cheese with sour cream. I eat a lb of shredded turkey, cheese, and mayo in a week. Egg salad, scrambled egg w cheese. grilled chicken w sauce. Bbq pork. lots of turkey.

You've done salad??? I"m TERRIFIED of raw veggies. I have no idea when I'll get up the nerve.

Ugh. You won't believe what I did. I'm having a lot of trouble with fluids and discovered low cal gatorade goes down really easy.

I accidentally bought the regular gatorade which is 70 g of carbs a day. No wonder I haven't lost anything all weekend!!!  Arg.

I'm eating pretty much the same as you are. Turkey meatballs, grilled tilapia from Gorton's, cottage cheese, heated ricotta with shredded mozzarella (and I just bought some marinara to use with it!), refried beans, no beans chili, popsicles, light mozz cheese sticks,  tuna fish made with light mayo, salmon from pouches and regular, scrambled eggs. I also have been eating some ****tail shrimp and sauce =)
I'm having probs with the protein shakes, but I try once a day.

We went to Olive Garden beginning of last week. I had a teaspoon or so of the melted cheese from our appetizer (Smoke Mozzarella Fonduta), some cream of chicken soup ~ maybe 2 TBS worth?, and about 1.75oz (based on how much was left) of my salmon.

Salmon gave me 2 more meals, and the soup 1 more meal. $18 for 4 meals =) PLUS I got to spend time with my family =)

And about the 3 minuets thing....I was just told to make sure I chewed my food 20-30 times each time.

I have a Mirena IUD and haven't had a for real period in like, 2 years since I had it put in!!

Maybe eat some nuts? Cashews, or some of the "healthier" nuts? Peanut M&Ms and Reeses, though chocolate, BOTH have peanut stuff =) Or buy that PB2 stuff from Bell Plantations?

Topic: That time of the month
Ok to all the ladies how do you handle that time of the month. So about a week before i start getting the munchies real bad. I used to be able to sit down and eat a whole big bag of peanut m&m's or reeses. I started getting the munchies today. I been snacking on strawberries alot. But i am not feeling full at all.
