1/3 Cup Roasted Soy Nuts - 11g protein / 110 calories
1 can - 4.25oz Chicken Spread (Underwood) - 20g protein / 270 calories
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese - 14g protein / 80 calories
3 slices white bread (with the spread) - 6g protein / 210 calories
1 container - 6 oz peach yogurt - 7g protein / 110 calories
1 bar - Post CarbWell Cranberry Almond Protein Cereal Bar - 10g protein / 140 calories
1 package 6 crackers, Lance Malt Peanut Butter Crackers - 6g protein / 190 calories
64 oz water
This week I'm adding Frito Lay Low Carb Doritos Cool Ranch, 1 oz 10g protein / 140 calories. I've never been a chip junkie so I'm not in danger of eating the whole bag. The one ounce serving is a fine supplement with my lunchtime meats.

Hello, My weightloss buddies!
I know a lot of surgery buddies who feel like they should be losing faster, or want to know why they aren't losing as fast as others. First of all, we should all be proud of how brave we are to have had the surgery. It took a lot of guts to put ourselves through the surgery and all of the pain afterward. So get those chins up. No matter how much you have lost, you should feel proud, and you should be feeling better than you did before the surgery.
My major goal, was just to feel human, again. To want to live my life, and not just be an observer. I have accomplished that, so if I don't lose another pound, I will still be happy!
I'm proud of the decision that I made to want to live.(literally) We should all be proud!!! We have to STOP being obsessed with numbers, and listen to OUR bodies. If you feel good, that's all that matters!!! Your weight loss buddy, Jane 362/216lbs.

Nine months ago right now I was in surgery!!! Today I am 125 lbs. lighter!! I've gone from a size 24 - 26 to a size 12 - 14. My BMI is currently 25.8, so I'm on the brink of being in a "normal" weight range....for the first time in my life!!! I have 14 lbs. to go til goal, and feel confident I'll achieve it. I'm still losing about 8 lbs. a month. I scheduled an intial consult with a plastic surgeon for next month. Reconstructive surgery itself is a few months off, but I want to start doing my homework!! I may be getting married within the next year, and sure would like to get my tummy tucked before dress shopping!!

Wow! It's so great to see everyone doing so well. As of today I'm down 129 lbs, and am hoping to lose about 20 more. Yesterday I went to the beach for the first time without feeling like an outcast. It was so much fun I went swimming in the ocean and took a hike over a mile to the pier and back without getting winded.

1 protein bar and an apple.

this morning I had my protein shake in my coffee....
lunch I had a Tyson chicken breast with a piece of pepper jack cheese melted on top with fresh sliced tomatoes on top
tonight for supper I am going to try the new Low Carb pizza slice loaded with protein ....
sounds yummy.

Hi All,
It's great to see how far we've all come!
I'm down 83#. Until now, my weight loss has been slow but steady. But now, the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks! I'm way to far from goal to stop losing. Any suggestions on what you did to kick up the weight loss would be great!
The good news is I joined Curves one month ago. I had my 1 mo. measurements done yesterday and I've lost 16.75 inches already! The weight HAS to follow, doesn't it!

This is what I ate yesterday:
7am-Low carb slim fast - 20g of protein
10am-low carb yogurt - 8g of protein and only 90 cals!
12pm-2oz cheese, 3 low fat ritz crackers
4pm-bag of potato chips - NO GOOD! I WAS STARVING!
8pm-3oz tandori chicken from indian takeout, no rice
Not sure how many calories that is, I should go to fitday.com to find out
