Topic: RE: MY 6 Month Anniversary Today
Congratulations. It is my six month anniversary today also. I have lost 95 pounds. I thought that I would have lost 100 by now too. I did not make it. I have a difficult time staying away from the carbs. Anyway happy anniversary. Just think 6 months ago today you were 88 pounds heavier. We only have one way to go and that is down

Topic: MY 6 Month Anniversary Today
Well today is my 6 month anniversary, and I have lost a total of 88 lbs so far. I really feel like I am loosing so slow compared to everyone else that had it around my time?...I will have a couple of days that I can not hardly eat at all and then one day I starve alllllll day and then drop right after I eat that way. I am soooo confused I go up two pounds on the days I do not eat much and then drop it and back to square one. I wanted to loose the last two pounds by 6 months sooo bad. I was dreaming of being in the century club by 6, but saw it was not gonna happen for me. So I said what the heck say 90 lbs. That at least is one of this little bitty college girls running around Auburn University....I can say I lost one of them... I am now praying that I will loose the last 2 lbs by tomorrow morning...hehehe....that is my monthly support group meeting and I want to say soooo bad I hit the 90's ... Well thanks for letting me vent her with you other October guys.... Love Rachel

Topic: RE: Aprils Goal is?....
Hi all! I am new to the message boards. I have enjoyed reading all of your goals for April. My goals are to continue with my exercise program (through Trim For Life) and pick up some extra walks as the weather gets better. I hope to lose another 10-14 pounds by my 6-month appt. with the surgeon on 4/29. I have lost a total of 128 pounds so far. Hoping to be down to 200 pounds (another 57) by July 4 weekend (our All-School Reunion) I haven't weighed 200 since grade school!!

Topic: RE: Protein???
Good Morning Linda, I get about 70-90 grams of protein a day. For a long time I was only getting in 60 grams then I discovered beef jerkey. This helps me tremendously with my protein in take. The days when I am dragging I usually have an extra protein shake, this helps me too. Blessings to you on your journey.

How many grams of protein are you taking in per day?---I have been averaging 80 to 100 grams per day. Is this too much? Or not enough---Please share your intake. I eat between 700 to 900 calories per day. I also want to thank everyone on this message board for all the good responses to my previous posts. Your support means alot to me. Thanks Linda

Topic: Dressing Room Drama!
Oh how excited I was today. I picked up another 2 pairs (that is 4 in 2 days) of shoes! I also went in search of a hot pink shirt to go with my sexy hot pink strappy numbers. Well, I found one. I picked up a 12, then a 10 and finally the 8 fit me PERFECTLY! OMG, I about sh*t a brick! I was so excited. I decided NOT to get the shirt because I won't be able to wear it for another month or so (sexy shoe season is not in for my state right now) and figured I'd wait and get it a size smaller then! I was so happy. A size 8 me, single didgets, how and when did that happen. I never in my wildest dreams thought it would be me. Now I'm wondering what size I really will end up being. I don't really want to lose anymore than 31 pounds maximum. I'm actually shooting for 143, and 150 for the docs request. Just wanted to share the moment. It was such a good one! 257/176/150-143
