 Our stories are replicas! Lol my case manager is Janice as well! Ya I finally phsically went down to each doctor and picked up my medical records because the 5 times of faxing still wasn't enough! I have had it! Then I had my Psch eval before anything else 2 months ago and they still havent recieved that so I called her office and she is on vacation for 3 weeks with no one in her spot! I literally am 2 seconds from canceling everything. Everyone tells me it is because they are trying to achieve a medal or certification bu my feeling is they should not recieve it if this is how the office is ran. Sorry for the blurt out but I am so overwhelmed and I feel like this journey should not be this stressful! 
You wrote your surgery is March but we are in April lol when is your surgery and what are you getting?

Congratulations Christina!  That is sooooo awesome!

I'd recommend the Goodman OB/GYN docs!  They have about 5 offices in the East Valley and I know that many of them know oodles about WLS cuz they've had family members who have had surgery.  It might be good for you to check in with Dr. Juarez too to make sure your vitamin and protein needs are on track!

There's a pregnancy forum on Obesity Help.  You'll could probably get all kinds of help there too!

Champion Pure Whey Stack has the Banana Scream and the Strawberry Cream.  Buy a small tub of each and mix?

I have used and loved the Banana scream for years.  I doctor it up through the summer with a shot of strawberry  s/f Torani or DaVinnci syrup.  Or, peach, mango, kiwi, etc.  The syrups totally rock with protein drinks!  A shot of orange to your vanilla protein and some ice with a Tbsp of Cool whip an YUMMO!

Anyway...you can buy the syrups for cheap cheap cheap at Smart and Finals.  Different stores have different flavors.  I also use them for flavored Crystal Light lemonades with crushed ice.  My hubby has a little shaved ice machine and uses the syrups for a s/f slushee.

The real deal fruit is pretty healthy but some of us don't want the extra carbs, calories and sugar grams.

Kudos to you for staying on the protein path!!!

Do you know of any brands that make a Starwberry Banana flavor?  I seem to be hooked on that right now at the smoothie shop, I get vanilla protein with some strawberries and real bananas added but to save money it would be great to buy my own.

Of course I guess.. LOL ... I could just make it like the smoothie guys do it.!
