You look so healthy and happy!

I just HAD to say congratulations and let you know that you look absolutely awesome

I just wanted to tell you that my brother in law is an OT at Woodlake. I'm wondering if he was the person who did your evaluation. His name is Adam Parsons. I told him that if he ever had a patient with Lapband he can certainly let them know how familiar he is with it since I had it.
Hope your recovery is going well.
Take care

I would call them and ask, they may cover a panniculectomy, which is not a full tummy tuck but it does remove the excess hanging abdominal skin and fat.
Congratulations on your weight loss.
PS. Surgeons will want you to be at a stable weight for about 6 months before surgery.

Hello and congratulations on losing 211lbs! That is fantastic. Good luck with focusing on your workout to help lose the leg fat. I am sure you will see more change as your lose the remaining 40lbs and start with weight training, but be sure to do aerobic exercise too. That helps burn fat all over. You will most likely see change in your body over the next year or so after getting to your goal.
So many people have areas that they cannot lose the fat even after getting to goal After you have maintained your weight loss for six months or so and if you can afford it, speak with a plastic surgeon to see what procedure might be done to help you out.
Keep up the great work.

Are you going for the band, the RNy or the Duodenal Switch? There are numerous Drs in Ct for the band or RNY but the DS you would have to travel for , but from all I have researched well worth the travel. You can look up surgeons on OH. Just under the search feature "bariatric surgeons". Best of luck and please research all forms of surgery before you make a decision. There is information on OH for all of them. Take the time to read ...read read.
