I don't really measure any of this, since I never make the same amount. But here is the basics.

Ham Salad

At least 2 cups of ground up ham

2 stalks celery, minced

1/3 cup sweet relish

salt and pepper to taste

Enough mayo to bind everything together.

Let sit in frig at least 1 hour to meld the taste of everything.

I have added elbo macaronie to it if I was not going to use as a sandwich spread, and served just on lettace leaves or in a tomatoe.
