** The YOUTH GROUP will be there to help help carry clothing in/out for those needing assistance! As well as offering daycare assistance outside in the playarea for those needing this, as well!**
***Donations can be made for the YOUTH Group who will be leaving for CAMP MEROM on the next day, to offset some of their expenses for Camp- for those interested in helping with donations***

Thanks for asking!
For the new folks that have never attended here's the scoop!
We have tables labeled by sizes! You lay your clothes out in the appropriates areas/tables! There sometimes are mens clothing, purses, lingerie etc, depends on what everyone brings!
We also have a pitchin and ask that you bring the recipe to share with everyone!!
We sort the clothes out upon arrival! I will be arriving at 10 a.m. to start setting up! Usually around 11ish we have the pitchin till around noon, then we go shop, which is where the 20 minute wait rule goes into affect for those who are not wls patients! It is a pick what you like and leave the rest! We ask that you bring clean stain free clothing along with bags or totes to place your belongings in to take home!
Our youth group will be there to help carry clothing in and out for those who may need assistance, as well as to have a precense out on the play area for those that have little ones and need some extra daycare for, while socializing! Our youth leave the next day for camp, so we are accepting donations to help them defray their camp cost for anyone interested in leaving a donation!
Hope to see many of you there, as well as looking forward to meeting the new folks and reuniting with those that I havent seen in a while!

Actually the 4th Tuesday of month starts at 6:00, not 6:30. The meeting on the 2nd Tuesday is for pre-op and those up to 1 year post-op. 4th Tuesday meeting is for those 1 year post-op and beyond.

Hi! I just wanted to let you all know that I have lost 5 more lbs. I am below my personal goal weight!!! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! Mine was wonderful! Lot of food and friends! God has Blessed me in so many ways and one way is having great friends! Have a wonderful day ya'all!

Darn! Wish I didn't have to work Saturday. I've talked with Andrea on OH since the time I joined. Would love to meet her. I think she's going to be at the Cincy event, and I will definitely make sure I get to meet her then.

AndreaU -- the resident vitamin guru of OH -- will be in Evansville this weekend and has agreed to meet up with us for lunch around noon on Saturday, July 10 -- We are still locking down the exact location.
Is anyone interested in joining us for lunch on a short notice?? We may not have the place picked out for sure until Saturday morning, but right now the two choices that have been thrown out are the Super China Buffet in the strip mall on the WalMart property at the Lloyd and Burkhardt and IHOP on No. Burkhardt Road.
Please post here if you're interested or PM your contact info so we know how large of a table to get for lunch and can make sure you have the details on Saturday. This would be a great opportunity to meet each other and get Andrea's perspective on how important the proper supplementation can be for your post op life.
