Good for you Jean.  I am so glad the need for fussing and fighting with insurance is non- existant for you.  I was pretty lucky in that sense too!  One of the few perks from my job is a really decent insurance contract.  And I wasn't a straight shooter like you - I was real iffy about my revision one foot in, one foot out and simply terrified so it surprised me that  I was "approved".

You have nothing to prove nor do you owe anyone any thing!  Life is constantly moving and changing - we are alive!  sometimes we have to move into a new place and because we do, it doesn't mean we didn't like the old one.  Some of my best memories come from other places or things I did.  They were great things and places for the time - no regrets!  Still it is time to leave those places and things.  Yet we don't forget those experiences brought us to where we are.

I have nothing but well wishes for you.

Awesome news, so glad to hear that your insurance will be covering it!!! So many of them now mine included started a one weight loss surgery in a lifetime clause........which sucks!!!!!

You are right nothing about your current situation invalidates anything you have said.........in fact I think another book about the revision would be a good thing......

Woohoo I'm so happy for you that you didn't have to fight the ins. co. I'm sure you'll do just great with your new surgery just like you did with this one! Life isn't determined by what's handed to you but how you respond to it! I read that recently and I know you'll repond with grace and poise! Best wishes to you!

 Glad the insurance company came though for you! I know how it feels to be worried about the "what ifs", been there done that and it's not fun. April 24th is right around the corner!
