I work so don't get on the board every day but I check several times a week. You are in for the time of your life having RNY. Hi everyone! My name is LaToya and I am in the process of having the RNY Gastric Bypass.
I am near St.Louis,MO but am actually on the IL side. I tried finding people on the IL State Forum but everyone is up north in Chicago or even further away from me.
Are any of you near the STL area? I go to STL almost once a week if not more because I am so close.
Can't wait to meet and get to know everyone!

Hello to all.hope everyone had a good week soo far.seems like we just had memorial day and sept is almost gone.time sure does fly by when we are having fun.lol.
it got a little warm here yesterday.reached 90 degress.now is is supposed to cool off again.hope that is the last of the hot air for this year.we never know.this weather sure changes a lot.the weather man said last night that this will be the best weather he has seen in a long time for the fair here in tulsa which starts today.
lana good to see you on here.work sure is keeping you busy.sometimes it is hard to get caught up after you have been away for a while.you will lose what you have gained while you were on your trip.we all know it sure is easy to put weight back on.my pouch sure lets me know when i eat something i should not.

Hello Missouri,
Wednesday already and I'm just beginning to feel caught up from my vacation last week. Hope you all are having a good week. The weather should make all of us feel so good.
I gained one pound on vacation so I'm trying to get it under control. It's never easy for us but we know that we can do it - we've done it before. I just need to start writing down everything I eat. I am craving fruit but I'm going to start on Atkins on Monday - it does work for me I just have to be in the correct frame of mind.

Hello to everyone.hope your day is going good soo far for you.i can already tell this week is going to fly by fast.i am off work today and they alawys do fly by fast.the last tuesday in sept.this year sure did fly by fast.hard to believe there is only 3 more months left in 2011.
you sure can tell fall is here in oklahoma.we dropped into the lower fifty's last night.a little chilly this morning but it sure does feel a lot better than all that hot weather we had.
lana good to see you on here again.sounds like you and john had a great time in new york.my dad when he worked for the furniture company in pa he and his one brother in law who worked with him there would take a load of furniture to new york city all the time on friday's.he got to see all kinds of fancy apartments and offices.

Home from New York and had a blast. We did all the usual tourist things, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, Broadway play and walked, shopped and rode the subway lots. And, of course, ate ethnic foods. It was a great trip, all flights were on time or early and we only had a little bumpy stuff coming into St. Louis from our layover in Chicago.
Good to be home and back into the groove. Work wasn't piled up badly at all - my great boss took care of most of it. Will be caught up tomorrow. Dropped my iPhone and broke the glass but it kept on working the whole trip and John had upgraded his and kept his old one which was just like mine so I went in and changed it to my stuff - no charge.

Hello everyone.hope you all had a good weekend.they sure do fly by fast even more soo when it is your day off of work.i had to work this weekend but we were soo busy that the day's went by fast for me.
some places around us got some rain last night but we have not had any for day's now.has been nice here.we dropped into the low 50's last night.some area's reached the 40's.burrr.now it is time for the long john's when that happen's.lol.the rest of the week is supposed to be pretty nice.that is good because the tulsa state fair start's on thursday.
andy and i want to go there on sat as i am off work that day.we love to walk around and look at all the anamials.
we are going to celebrate our ann and my birthday this weekend.my birthday is sat i will be 47 i told andy i will be 29 again.lol.we will be married 25 years tomorrow.

Good morning everyone how is your weekend going for you all soo far.mine is going great.i am on here early again.more soo that yesterday.i have to open today at the store soo i have to get ready for work soon.i am the only one who likes to open on sat and sunday except for the front end manger who comes in a little later on because she has to do other things.
i also open when the lady who opens on the weekdays has off.i dont mind doing it.i get off early.
how is the weather where you all are at.fall sure has come to us.a little cool again this morning.the rain we had made the grass grow some and andy was going to cut it and do some triming but the weather said last night there is another chance of rain today.so it may just have to grow a little more.
my rose of sharon bush out front of our house sure is blooming yet.has been for a while.my husbics bush out back has up to 4 big flowers open at one time.look's soo pretty.i have some other plants too that are blooming all the time at the moment.
collette i dont mind doing this.i do wish more people would post but that is ok i know people are busy there are times i dont get to do this everyday either. i just enjoy doing it.thanks for the birthday wishes.i will be 47.
