Topic: HELLO IT IS THE FIRST DAY OF FALL
Good morning to everyone.the rain finally quit here.we sure did get a taste of fall.it is down to 54 degress this morning.a little chilly but feels good.we never know when it could warm up some again.our lawn need the rain but before we know it will have to cut it again.
collette good to see you on here again.yes i do post early.i am soo used to getting up early for work over the years that even on my days off i get up early.
thank you for the wedding ann wishes.andy and i will be married 25 years this coming tuesday.seems like yesterday.i have to open at the store next friday soo by the time i get off of work andy will be out of school and we are going out to a movie and dinner.then on sat we are going to the tulsa state fair which starts next thursday.
i took one of my days off next sat we get two days a week off so i took one then.it is my birthday on sat the first of oct and we usally celebrate both togther since they are soo close to each other.
barbara good to see you on here again too.we all act silly once in a while.you and debbie were just having a good time.glad to hear both of you got a great report from the doctor.tell debbie she can leave me a message in my box here if she wants too and i can give her my email address if she wants it.we sure would love to see you and everyone else we miss you all.

Debbie is doing great also, We did have a really good time. Made a fool of myself a couple of times after seeing Dr. H. LOL You will understand after debbie post the pictures she took.
Debbie has spoke to Becky and she can explain more than I can I will try to get her to post.

wow, you get up early. Just wanted to say Happy Anniversary to you and Andy. It is a big 25 and I think it is this weekend. We didnt have the storms yet but it usually follows Okla. at least most of the time when jan and bill tell us they have storms it seems we get it soon. God bless! Colette

Hello to all.hope everyone has had a good week soo far.tomorrow is the first day of fall already.this year sure has flew by fast.seems like we just had labor day and sept is almost gone already.
feels like fall here this morning.we dropped to 58 degress.we are getting some storms here at the moment.lot's of heavy rain and lighting.thunder too.my two little ones do not like the rain and sure do not like the noise.
it sure is making the grass grow again.we needed the rain and grass cutting sure is a good work out.
barbara good to see you on here agin.cong on your great check up with doctor h.you have done great with your weight loss.we know it was nice to have debbie d go with you.how is she doing these day's.has she heard from beckey.she has been on my mind a lot latley.we sure do miss seeing you and everyone else.one of these days we will try and get up that way for a vist.

Debbie D and I went to St. Joseph yesterday for my annual appt with Dr. H. Met several newbies and enjoyed speaking and sharing our stories with them. Debbie and I invited them to our board and sure hope they join.
Had a great report with Dr. H. He was really happy with my labs and said I was a classic case of success for gastic bypasses. He told me he was proud and that it was great to see me so far out and keeping my weight down. He sure made my day. I told him it was because of him and he said it was a team effort between he and I.
Had a wonderful trip with Debbie D. and wished we all could have been there to share my joy and our fun.

I was not "required" to lose any more weight after seeing the surgeon, but it is good to try to jumpstart your weight loss before surgery. The 2 week liquid diet helps with that. It seems the reason I wasn't able to schedule my appts any sooner was because of how busy they were. If you can get in sooner for your 6 hour class, that would speed things up because that class is only available once a month...hope that helps some! Good luck! Dr. Edwards is great and the nursing staff at St. Johns was awesome

we had some storms around here the last two day's.sure has helped our lawn.it needed rain.help cool things off too.hard to believe fall is upon us already.
before we know it we will be planning our thanksgiving and christmas dinner's.we will spend ours with my dad at his nursing home.take him some home cooked food.it really brighten's his day when we come to see him and he eats a little more when we take him some of the things my mom used to cook.
i better go for now have to take andy to school later on and then go to work.hope to hear from some of you.

Hello to everyone how you all are having a good weekend soo far.this month sure is flying by fast.fall is right around the corner.
the way this weather has been around here the last few days seem's like fall is here already.sure has been a change from the 100 degress plus we have been having.
feels good.has been really cool yesterday.it rained all day here yesterday.our plants and lawn sure needed it.i finally got to cut our lawn on thursday for the first time since we have been in our house.the way my work schedule was and the weather i did not have a chance to do it before.sure it a lot more than when we lived in missouri.i used to cut the grass there all the time.i loved to do it was a good work out.
lana did you and john have a nice ann.we know you all will have a good time in new york.enjoy yourself.
andy and i want to go away friday night after our ann.it fall's on a tuesday and my birthday is that sat.we usally do something for both dates togther since they are soo close.
