And now I can! DH and the kids gave me a new 18 speed bike for Mother's Day, that they're putting together for me right now. Unfortunately, I won't be riding it today, I'm at work. But clear the sidewalks tomorrow - Momma's on her bike!

My DH fixed up my bike for me for Mother's Day..we just got back from a nice ride....enjoy your bike cuase I think the nice weather is here now to stay!!

Not as far as I know unless they change the law. It is wise to get one. I just got one that is so comfortable. The last one I had was not so comfortable and with the weight lost it no longer fit. you will have not problem riding. You can do It

I hear you Beth....two summers ago, I wanted to buy a bike and I couldn't ride it in the store. Well, it was horrible.
On my birthday in April, my husband and kids bought me a 21 speed bike. I have rode it and absolutely LOVE it!!!!

Ah well.. could be worse . macarena, achy breaky heart or who let the dogs out.. at least i like Queen...
