Does this reflect my weight loss?

Went to a party yesterday and I wore this dress. I bought this recently at Winners, a normal XL. Whoo Hoo. But my question is does this reflect my current weight loss, or does it make me look bigger than I really am? I know my arms are gross and loose, but I think that my stomach looks bigger than it is.

Or am I just getting crazy in my old age?
