Just thought I would pop in and give you an update on my non smoking! I am 5 weeks and 4 days SMOKE FREE!

Keep it up. One more hurdle in the quest for a healthier you!

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Doesn't it feel great! I never thought I could quit but that day the nurse told me to, I listened! Im at 3 months 1 week so hopefully they will start booking more appointments for me at 4 months. Great job so far and keep it up, itll be well worth it!
