I didn't think there was much of a difference in me until this morning when I did the side by side comparisons of pictures taken when I first started Optifast and my 4th week post op pictures taken this morning.   I'm so happy!  I can see a difference in the body pictures!  Not much in the face, but that will come!  The side views are the ones that make me really happy!  Even with the 3 week stall - I've still shrunk in the past 6 weeks!  God I love this surgery!  Woohoo!!!!!

Never would have thought I'd willingly post pictures of myself!  LOL

Laura, I know what you mean.  You don't see the change as much as others do, but it's there.

You're looking amazing!  And I can see some in your face.  Like me, your 2nd chin is getting smaller.  Keep it up!

You look fabulous!!  You can really see the weight loss in your face and belly.  Pretty soon you may want to consider more fitted clothes. They will flatter your figure even more - mind you it will be pretty hard to keep up - snug one week then 2-3 weeks later the same thing is hanging off of you - not a bad problem to have.

Congratulations!!

Good work! As others said you can see it in your face and the side view most.
I can't wait for my clothes not to fit anymore cause then I will notice it on myself.  LOL

Thank you for sharing, you took great pictures and you will love that you took before pictures at all angles. Love that you took them in the same spot, gives a more accurate view. What a difference already. Your shirt is already too big. woo hoo
Thank you so much for sharing!! It encourages all of us.
