Unfortunately I'm allergic to Marcelle products  :(  I've never heard that about the blood cells.. Interesting!  Live and learn!!!!

Thanks for the high five!  I'm really proud of myself.  Last February I walked about 1/4 of a km and my back and knees hurt so badly there were tears in my eyes.  Now I can do 4 km and only stop because my lunch hour is up!!!  :)  This surgery rocks!!!!!

Laura, you should always use a sunscreen on your face every day of the year and not one that is combined with your moisturizer as those are actually too diluted to do much. I use a Neutrogena one that is good for sensitive skin and is "water light". This advice came from my Dermatologist and skin care professional.

I'm definitely going to try the Neutrogena sun bloce.  Have never tried their products before.  If I react to it I'll know who to give the bottle to!  LOL  Wish me luck  :)

Hi Laura
I have super sensitive skin also, allergic to most sunscreens, lotions and make up, even the hypoallergenic ones.  I have found I can use the Neutrogena one and I recently found that I can use the L'Oreal age perfect pro-calcium moisturizer which is tinted and works like a foundation which is great since I can't wear any foundation.

I am very fair skinned as well and have the same problem.  I assume it's probably rosacea but I've never been diagnosed.  Clinique has a wonderful moisturizer (not oil-based) called Redness Solutions (daily relief cream).  It is green tinted so it counteracts the extreme red look.  They also have other products in the line specifically like cleansers and concealers I believe.
