9 1/2 months out 150 pounds gone for good

Wow what a few weeks I've had.  My grandmother passed away.  I miscarried at 13 weeks.  Had to have emergency surgery due to hemorrhaging. 
But the positive is I have now lost over 150 pounds since optifast in just 9 1/2 months.  I am so excited.  It is so nice to see something good when things have been so crappy for the last little while.

So here is to another pound gone and then I will be in onderland!  Like Holy Crap!

I am so sorry for both of your losses, but what a great attitude you have. Way to keep focus on the positives in your life and reverting to old habits. That is another NSV!
