Ok, calling all mathematical minds...
I have a question about exactly how much protein is in say 1 tablespoon of this unflavoured whey protein isolate from Bulk Barn....

Any responses are appreciated...

Side note: Day 17 on Opti, and I'm down 16lbs Yay

I did it for someone over a month ago. Let me see if I can find it in my own posts or I'll just do it again. LOL

Okay I post too much so I'll never find it so just redid it. 1 tbsp is approx 5.2 grams of protein.

I've never used it Patti as I always buy the flavoured stuff at GNC. I just do the math for others. LOL

I wouldn't spend the money on the stuff from Bulk Barn. It doesn't blend easily at all. I was very disappointed!

Bio X unflavoured from Popeye's...gnc used to carry it but doesn't anymore...it does carry the flavoured ones, though I haven't tried them.
Best protein, low carb and sugar for your buck...one scoop is 32 gms. protein...
It's expensive, but, I believe, worth it: blends well with my morning skim milk and cereal blend...Sandy {SamIam} enjoys it in her morning coffee...blend it with cold milk first and then add to hot coffee...

Yeah it depends on where I go. I usually just ask for unflavoured whey isolate and don't even look at the price. I don't know any brands but have found all the commercial ones like this blend nicely.
