Going to be a busy one today - I've got a huge agenda to get out, printed and delivered and minutes from another meeting due. Gah! ALSO starting the 5DPT with Joyce. Give me strength. lol

S - sf pudding, protein shake
L - tomato soup
S - likely just tea and G2
D - protein shake
S - sf pudding, frozen

Spent the weekend away with a bunch of girlfriends. Eating and drinking wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much, but i had sooooooooooooooo much fun!!!

L - chicken, 1 piece 12 grain bread, low fat miracle whip
S - banana
D - timmies chili i think, i have handbell practice at 5, then choir practice right after

I have a book to start and maybe finish today. Exciting day isn't it? LOL Other than that, just packing for my little trip tomorrow.

Ok I need to start posting to this again cause I have been stuck in a stall since early Dec haven't lost or gained any weight and I am getting soooooo frustrated!

It's just not my morning. Weigh in didnt go well and I forgot my breakfast at home
Working 8-4 and then heading to the gym so lets hope for a better day to come!
On the menu today:
B: I ended up getting a Western Omelet - only ate half. It's not sitting well
S: 100g Source Dessert Selections Yogurt
L & D: 100g BBQ Pulled Chicken
S: 2 Wedges Laughing Cow Cheese w/4 Melba Toasts
B4 & After Gym: Quest Bar [1/2 before and 1/2 after]

Doing my sleeve modified pouch test today. No carbs...solid protein and liquids as appropriate.

B- Peppermint mocha (didn't feel like eating- tummy a bit grouchy this morning)

L- Turkey bacon from Costco. AMAZINGly lean and high in protien. I will have to post the name of this. They had it as a sample weekend before last and I have ben enjoying it ever since.
S- very small apple, and 1 oz. cheddar, protein shake at some point in the afternoon
D- chicken drumsticks, veggies

Hey...did you ever end up getting those bathing suits at Costco? I bought 2 of the Speedo and they are awesome! Very cute on, and that is say'in something where bathing suits are concerned. I usually HATE all of them, but liked these alot. They come up nice and high in the back, and that is good for me since I have lots of excess skin back there. Yuck. I also bought these little spandex althletic looking skorts to put on top if I want. Very cute.
