So first optifast is down...it was a lovely little Vanilla with decaf coffee and ice.

ok.. i start my opti this sat...

i would like to know ,, how you handled opti at work..

i assume premade and stored in the fridge ...but that wont work with ice.. it will melt.

what did ya' all do while at work.

oh yeah.. i bought 2 shaker bottles.. bottles with wire ball inside to aid in mixing stuff inside.
