Thanks to all of you for the kind words. I do see the difference sometimes - others not so much. But - I feel the difference all the time - so that is a good thing and I am getting tired of pulling up my pants! Off to Northern (I mean NORTHERN) Ontario for 2 wks of R&R and no scale!
