What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)

Hi everybody - I see that fewer people are tracking their intake this way every day, and wonder a little - seems to me that if I want to stay on th straight and narrow, both planning and then later confessing keep me honest - if you follow my meaning.

So I plan what I will be eating and what activities I intend to participate in, and then at the end of the day I have an honest assessment of what I neglected to do, or what ELSE went in my nm mouth ... etc.

So hopefully some of the fresh Benchers will take advantage of the opportunity to compare their intake with other peoples'.

 B - Muesli w Greek joghurt and berries, large coffee
 S - Blueberry Kefir w Holy Crap cereal
 ** L - Mandarin buffet (I know I know) it's a goodbye lunch for a colleague. Mostly salad bar
 S - chocolate protein bar, herbal tea
 D - popcorn at the movies (going to see Total Recall)

And a long walk afterward.

At work with meetings half the day.  Here's what's in my lunch bag.

Cottage cheese
greek yogurt
blueberries
cheese strings
no carb meat loaf

B - pb & SF jam wrap
D - don't know yet, could be the spaghetti sauce I was to eat last night and had leftovers instead.

Chiropractor as soon as I get home so we'll see what I get done tonight.

B- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
S- A couple of pieces of watermelon with a handful of peanuts
L- 1/2 c. romaine lettuce w green onions cucumbers, tomatoes and tuna
S- 2 light babybel cheese with 7 multi grain crackers
D- 2 oz chicken breast cooked with salsa and steamed broccoli

Same ole same ole here for me. Gonna do a 4 k with the dog after supper.

B: greek yogurt, blueberries, bran buds, hemp hearts & flax
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: 3oz pork tenderloin, 1/4cup salad, 1/4cup multigrain cheerios
S: 1tbsp PB & 1tbsp SF jam
D: 3oz curry chicken, 1/4cup zucchini/mushroom/onion, 1/4cup basmati rice. SF popsicle for desert.
S: 1/4cup mixed nuts.

Totals:
Cals: 1085
Fat: 47g
Sugar: 38g
Fiber: 30g
Protein: 93g

I just went for a swim. When I was biking last week I fell and hurt my side just by my breasts. The swimming seems to of really agrevated it. when I biked yesterfday it didn't hurt so may have to lay off the swimming for a few days to let it heal.
