So happy to see the end of this week!
Going to the Ex on Sunday - haven't been in years.

 B - 1/2 bowl of muesli w 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - cottage cheese (1%) w fresh raspberries
 L - leftover Butter Chicken and rice
 S - 21 g cheddar, 1 apple, large coffee
 D - sushi, out downtown.

Have a great weekend everyone, and think positive thoughts for Wendy (major redux surgery today).

Well folks, my diet is pretty boring but there are no complaints here!.

B - Vanilla Optifast with a touch of SF caramel syrup (I actually really like the vanilla)
S - SF jello
L - Chocolate Optifast
S - SF Jello
D - Chocolate Optifast, 1 1/2 c. celery, cucumber, broccoli, sliced pepper
S - Vanilla Optifast with a touch of SF caramel syrup

I have filled the fridge and cupboard with the things that I can eat postop. I have packed my bag and it is sitting on the dining room table. I will be cleaning my home, doing laundry, changing linen. I will be preparing documents to go on a home listing appointment tomorrow. I will go for a walk in the nice weather. And............ I have 4 sleeps left!!!!

Starting tracking calories. Realised I take in more than I thought. I was always just focused on the protein. With the above I am already up to 885 calories without a night snack. I need to work on my menus

FInally done my course! Online courses are much harder than in class ones. It has been a huge weight on my shoulders since I started it in may. But hopefully I passed and will be qualified to teach French and MAYBE finally get a job in education (only been waiting since 2009!). Hoping to Sub in Alberta this fall, just waiting on the school board.

Heading out to NY tomorrow to shop, then out for drinks at my fave bar since Surgery tomorrow night. Maybe guys will acknowledge me instead of brushing me off or asking what my friend's name is? lol

B: greek yogurt, blueberries, bran buds, flax & hemp
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: 1/2 - 3/4 butter chicken wrap from Starbucks
S: 6 sesame crackers & 2 tbsp hummus
D: Not sure yet. Perhaps half a sub.
S: Either 1tbsp of PB and 1tbsp of SF jam or 1/4 cup mixed nuts & seeds.

Afternoon all :)

First, Gaby have you heard anything of Wendy? Please let me know.

Boring day (aka fabulous) on the Karen scale.

I have a large package of chicken out for cooking later,to be used in any number of dishes over the weekend. Thinking of many ways to use it.


B - coffee with milk x 2, still love my Keuirg
S - protein shake .  they're becoming bleah to me.  Need a new idea.
L - swiss, ham, dills, melba rounds
D - not sure may take a nap. lol
D - chicken , steamed veggies
