I'm back
I haven't been posting for a while, my son was married over the summer and we had family staying from England. Also went away camping and in general was very busy..
The great news is that with all of that happening I've been consistent in maintaining my goal weight and even better all of my blood work is "perfect" according to Dr. Reed. Could life be any better???
