I am now 9.5 Months post-op AND.................

Today I hit 200 POUNDS LOST!!! It feels completely incredible! A few people here have helped me along the way and you all know who you are!

It's not every day you hear someone say I've lost 200 POUNDS but lord love a duck AND holy mackerel I did it!!!
