4 year anniversary

4 years ago today.... I had my RNY in the states...

I would do it again in a heart beat!!!

Nice to see a positive post from a vet...glad that you still feel good about your RNY.  I'm curious to know how much you lost and if you managed to keep it off?  Any words of wisdom about living in maintenance that you want to share?

I lost 125 lbs....for 5 mins...then the bounce back weight happened..I have kept off 110 lbs for the last 3 years...

I have found using the side plate and not the dinner plate helps with the maintenance. I am in no way perfect at eating all the right things...But I forgiven myself and get right back at it...

I had a NVS ......

Yesterday I got an e-mail for leather jackets on sale....I stopped in to have a look.  Well I tried a few on, and I purchased a nice grey jacket on sale from 400.00 down to 110.00....heres the thing...I bought the jacket that I really LIKED and not the one that I FITTED INTO...

So 4 years later...things like this still make me smile,

Congrats. I am nearing one year and kind of fear what will come in the years ahead
