Great time yesterday. Tired when I finally made it home. Costco was a zoo. Worse than usual. The wind woke me up today so not sure if I will go for a walk or do my bike indoors. Need to get new passport photo today. I realised I shouldn't try to use the one I have with the 125 lb difference in the photo. We will be going thro 4 different customs and one might stop me.

b. greek yogurt granola and blueberries

s. protein bar

l. turkey , havarti cheese and tomato

s. louisiana salad left overs

d. chili, salad

s. probably not

Have a great day everyone and stay warm.

I can't BELIEVE how busy it was!  The last couple of times I went with my sister-in-law, it was during the day on a weekday while I was off work recovering from sick leave.

I hope you like the Vanilla shake, Karen!  I'm glad that they're being put to good use.

We have a busy day today - Skating lesson for my oldest (I hit the track at the same time), then we're seeing a play at our local community theatre, then swimming lessons for both girls.  Busy but fun!

Here's my eating plan for today:

B - 2 poached eggs with a tbsp of ketchup (usually use Salsa as the sugar is lower, but we're out).

S - 1/2 Pure Protein bar

L - 1/4 cup chili, 1 tbsp. protein powder, 1/2 cup spinach salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and 1 tbsp. balsalmic vinagrette

S - Babybell gouda cheese, Premier protein drink later on

D - 1/4 cup beef stew (includes lots of yummy veggies)

S - 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. protein powder, 1 packet splenda, cinnamon.

Have a great Sunday!

So sad I won't be seeing you today

Yeah, that was my problem with them - I'd have to add SF syrup to them, but then they were way too sweet!  I think Kelly's idea of mixing it with coffee is a good one - kind of like coffeemate!

Morning Karen!  Thanks again for a lovely lunch yesterday. :)

Today, I'm staying home and packing the kitchen.  I have so much to do with it.  My goal is to do a marathon on it and get it all done TODAY.  Not sure if I can do it, but usually when I get into a groove, I can do it.  Leaving out just enough to survive with until next weekend, and then next weekend, we'll pack up the survival items in time for the contractors to tear the kitchen completely out on Monday the 28th.

Which means the rest of our house will be a disaster too, because we'll be storing the plastic tubs of kitchen stuff stacked in the living room.  Well, that's the way kitchen renos are - a month to six weeks of chaos. :)  Eating will be an interesting challenge.  I have the feeling I'll be buying lots of supermarket cooked chickens over the next while!  Maybe I'll add a "finding cheap WLS-friendly prepared eats challenge" to my blog, along with my library and TTC challenge.  Heh.

Anyhow, today's food...

2.5 MONTHS POST-RNY

B - Glass of milk (forgot to put protein shakes in the fridge yesterday!)

S - 2 babybel cheese and 7 soda crackers, with a few green grapes

L - Premier protein shake that I stocked up on yesterday at Costco (thank you, Patm!)

S - Almonds and grapes

D - Chicken from a cooked chicken I got at Costco yesterday (man they're cheap)

S - Glass of milk

TOTALS: 91g protein (wow), 29g fat, 65 carbs (57 net carbs), 871 calories
