What exercise are you doing today??

Well not sure yet...working a 12-13  hour day..will needed to see what i can get in after work..

I will be doing a lot of walking, and will be mindful to take the stairs..

KEEP MOVING EVERYONE !!!

I think this was a great idea of yours....great to see you starting this in the mornings...

 

Today....I will likely get close to 8-9000 steps in just with walking around.....I am assisting my parents with some things.....maybe a little swimming tonight...

Golfed yesteray....and will golf tomorrow....I give my body a little rest on the off days

Short day at work today, running errands after work and then snowshoeing for an hour or so after supper.

Going to Toronto today, for a meeting tomorrow. Not sure what kind of exercise i'll be getting today, tho i'll do my best to be as active as i can.

I am shocked at how many steps I take in a normal day....no exercise......just parking further away...getting out of my chair to get everyone their coffee....etc etc......good luck with it

it is kind of crazy. I'm going over to people's offices instead of emailing or phoning, and going the long way around. The steps add up, for sure.

I have been having a problem getting my exercise in. Will walk from work to TWH tonight to at least get the 2 km. that gives me.

Going for a nice long walk with the dog and doing house work. Was planning on going to kickboxing but hill running last night took a lot out of me so going to do a recover day

Going to the gym and doing one hour of Body pump (even though i am still sore from Monday doing it) and 1/2 hour on the elipitical...

30 minutes on the treadmill, half fast walking half running

20 minutes on the eliptical
