still hurting a little bit..but I will give Zumba class a try tonight..

but I will do lots of walking at work....

never tried Zumba... will do in the future.

For now... I an resting and getting better. No exc. for me today enlightened  and will try to do a little bit of walking.

Zumba sounds fun!  Maybe in a couple months when I lose a couple more pounds!

just getting on treadmill & do a lot of walking at work & only use the stairs!

MY plans are doing some walking, muscle building class and I have hill running tonight 7x. If it is to icy out there will do it on the treadmill.

I am flying halfway across the country with a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and 4 suitcases today, 3 airports....I think when i get back to Ontario tonight i'll be out of energy!!!! But Ill be back to my aquafinning class on thursday

I did Zumba for the first time over the weekend - was tough to keep up with all of the steps, but the energy in the room was high and I had fun!

I'll be hitting the track on my way home from work to do my first Week 3 session of the Couch to 5K.  This one has me running for 3 minutes straight during one of the intervals -  eek!

I felt the same way at week 3 ,now I'm onto week 7,a 25min run indecision

I have to travel between floors at work so I use the stairs - it is either 3 floors up or 3 floors down so it is very manageable and I am not a sweaty mess when I get to where I am going :) 

Also, my son and I are doing a yoga video tonight.  It will be our 3rd time.  Zumba sounds like fun so we are going to look for a video workout for that too :)
