What exercise are you doing today??

never tried Zumba... will do in the future.
For now... I an resting and getting better. No exc. for me today
and will try to do a little bit of walking.
I did Zumba for the first time over the weekend - was tough to keep up with all of the steps, but the energy in the room was high and I had fun!
I'll be hitting the track on my way home from work to do my first Week 3 session of the Couch to 5K. This one has me running for 3 minutes straight during one of the intervals - eek!

Starting Weight - 320 lbs * Current Weight - 178 lbs * Goal Weight - 165 lbs
I have to travel between floors at work so I use the stairs - it is either 3 floors up or 3 floors down so it is very manageable and I am not a sweaty mess when I get to where I am going :)
Also, my son and I are doing a yoga video tonight. It will be our 3rd time. Zumba sounds like fun so we are going to look for a video workout for that too :)
