Busy day...laundry, having my nails done...shopping for a baby shower gift...

planning on going to a class or two later tonight at the gym...

I plan on doing some cardio at the gym later this afternoon and I joined a bowling league that bowls every thursday night from 7pm until 10pm.

 

have a great day and enjoy having your nails done.

patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING.

I went on a 42 minute walk.  It would normally have taken me less than 30 minutes to go the same distance - I guess it's the Opti getting to me (day 4 now), and the sidewalk was pretty icy, which slowed me down too.  It was nice to get out in the sunshine, if a *****illy.  Now, I'm off to get my teeth cleaned.

did a hour run with 20 minutes of it being a tempo run. Than I did a work out than my master swim. Now I am beat

I went to an aquafit class this morning then spent a half hour on the treadmill before my hour long Group Power class.  I'm flipping exhausted tonight!!!  Go figure!
