What exercise are you doing today??
I plan on doing some cardio at the gym later this afternoon and I joined a bowling league that bowls every thursday night from 7pm until 10pm.

patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING.
I went on a 42 minute walk. It would normally have taken me less than 30 minutes to go the same distance - I guess it's the Opti getting to me (day 4 now), and the sidewalk was pretty icy, which slowed me down too. It was nice to get out in the sunshine, if a *****illy. Now, I'm off to get my teeth cleaned.
