Broke down and weighed myself...
Well I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until my first appointment at the clinic but I broke down this morning and gave in....
How excited was I to see 199 looking back at me!! I started my journey the day I met with my surgeon at 227, the day I started Optifast I weighed 223, surgery day I was 214.7 and this morning I am 199!!! Today I am 12 days post op :-)
It's been over 2 years since I have been in wonderland....and it feels good to be here. Feels even better knowing I'll never be returning to Twoderville!! NEVER!!!!
My BMI has went from 45.8 to 40.2!!!!!
