Zizzler - I have been up since 5 and need to be out the door at 7:30. Are you able to post earlier? Is it helping you to begin this post?
If you are unable to be up and posted by 7 at the latest then I will either stop posting and just keep my journal to myself - or begin the post on the days I am up and out. Let me know and if this is helping you.
Also - I find it helps to make my meal plan the night before so I am ready to post and go. Keeps me thinking about the right eats too
STEPS - 4459 - I slept a lot yesterday and feel soooo much better today.
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
2 eggs plus 1 egg white scrambled
L - 1.5 cups of vegetable beef soup with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar on top. The last of my freezer soup
D - Meeting some girlfriends at an outdoor bar. Not a great menu for me but grilled chicken with salad and dressing on the side always works!
glass of merlot
S - Publix lemon chiffon fat free yogurt
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,267, Carbs - 78 Grams, Protein - 83 Grams
All water - 3 litres likely - more decaf coffee and all vits

Good morning everyone. Birdiegirl go ahead and post whenever you want, don't worry about me. Yes, it does helps to feel others are counting on you to post, but I don't feel I need to be the first poster to get benefit from posting. Lets go back to just whoever starting the posts, I like that flexibility.

B- gnc protein shake strawberry, decaf coffee throughout day with vanilla protein shake added
s - plain yogurt with berries
l - Wax beans, meat of some kind
s - old white cheddar
d - leftover artichoke heart and chicken low carb pizza
s - more pizza if hungry
all water and vits. Have a good one.
Good morning all. Do not know why but I am super tired today. Eyes burning which is not good when you work on a computer. I just hope I am not coming down with the office cold.
My kids (adults) are coming for dinner. Out tonight to a knitting group with my daughter. I started a kit I had bought her. Didn't realise it was for crocheting which she does not do. Unfortunately you need a row counter which I did not do and since it is round I will need to start over. Fortunately I had not gone far

d chicken shish kabobs with tzatziki, maybe salad
s laughing cow and crackers.
I have enough calories to add something else.

By the way I had my 3 iron infusions and my ferritin went from 13 to 341 so now it's a bit high but I'm sure it will come down. Going to lay off the profferin for a little bit!
