Good morning everyone. Ginny I don't like to go to the gym when there's no one around. My gym is open 24hrs during the week and the thought of being the only one in the change room - I've seen the horror films.
I hope you get better sleep tonight.
Today I have an appointment at the University, then coffee with a friend. The rest of the day will be household drudgery.
The eats today at 4 years 8 months are:
B. Coffee by the buckets - decaf
L. This will be a late lunch, but I'm hoping for salad with chicken on top
D. Leftover steak
S. If I need it, some cucumber crackers with crab dip
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning. I'm sure you will sleep like a log tonight with a 5 a.m. workout! And an empty gym would be exactly what I'd like.
Just a normal workday for me and then I'm heading to Costco after work for the regular stock up of yogurt, Vitamin D, chicken skewers, turkey pepperettes and likely a few household things I really don't need. :)
B - greek yogurt, blueberries
S - 1/2 protein shake
L - salad with shrimp, diced roast chicken and cheese
S - boiled egg
D - on the road so protein shake and turkey pepperette
S - maybe cheese stick but likely won't need one

Good morning gang. Didn't sleep worth a crap so was at the gym at 5 this morning. It's creepy that early and no one else is there.
Have to go to a funeral this morning - a co-worker's father passed. Not much else on the go. I'm sure I will be tired tonight, my eyes are already burning.
B - 1/2 everything bagel, egg, slice of cheese
S - raspberries
L - chili
S - deli turkey
D - chicken breast - likely bbqd
Thank you for posting this. I wasn't aware there was a Barrie support group. My surgery is May 3. Not sure I could face Williams this month as I'm on Optifast regimen. Will look forward to joining in the conversations in May.
I just logged in and noticed no one posted yet, so I will give it ago:
B: 1 hardboiled egg/coffee
S: raspberries with sugar free yogurt
L: homemade chicken parmesan (really yummy, but a little high in fat - but still stayed under my limit, so I think okay)
S: diet ice tea
D: homemade chili with 1 tbsp. shredded cheese
S: protein shake
Total Protein: 91 Total Calories: 620 - so well under limit of 900 Lots of water too.
Exercise - walked dog 3x's today for about 1 1/4 hours total (both boys busy with work/school commitments - so Mom gets the bonus walks)
Waiting for warmer spring weather, but I know its coming - just need to avoid the Easter Bunny treats!
Sunny

Saying that makes me love you even more.

I had my surgery Nov 27 and am now less than 5 lbs from my goal weight. I missed my appointment at the clinic due to bad weather in Feb and not going in until the end of May. I'm still losing and while I know lots of people go below goal weight (and my goal still has me at slightly overweight but lower than I have been since grade 9 ) how does the body know when stop dropping or at least slow down.

Good morning everyone. This is a drive-by posting. DH and I are going to a fundraiser, so I am not sure what the food will be today. No exercise, because I have to get prettified, lol.
Have a great day everyone.
