I have had the same one for probably 10 years or so. I think we are lucky in that regard.
There are a lot of old mansions where I live in Warren, Ohio. I always wanted to buy one but knew it would be a lot of work and maintenance. I am pretty happy now with a condo where all the maintenance outside is taken care of. If I ever decided to buy a home again it would be in North Carolina and be a small home close to a beach and with a sal****er pool.

Good Morning Jennifer and Menuers,
Just go to get mom to cards tonight but other than that I'm good. Heading to Aldi at lunch I need celery for Turkey salad, egg salad, and tuna salad for Friday. I also need a shortbread cookie for the crust on my strawberry cheesecake for Sunday dinner. I '11 be making lasagna for easter and I will be making the noodles from scratch.
QOTD: I always wanted a Victorian or Farmhouse style with a wraparound porch.

You would love the Breaker's which is one of the Newport Mansions. It was in the movie The Great Gatsby. It has everything except for the pool and gym. The Breakers | Newport Mansions The kitchen is amazing.
Good morning, everybody!
Woo Hoo, the hot tub is fixed! I took a good 10 minute soak after swimming this morning, and it was nice to have it back. Friday's are especially nice to have because it is a buffer between working out and then heading into the office. A final 10 minutes of warmth and tranquility.
Oh, I also learned that the reason I don't have a pass card for the gym is because I needed to ask for one. When I first started swimming, the coach said that if I stay around then I will probably get a passcard. I didn't understand that meant I was supposed to ask at the desk for one. That will be on my to do list for next week.
My son seems to be feeling better from Sunday, so we are going to sneak out and fish for a couple of hours this afternoon. I have 2:30 call, we will probably go after that. Also, Crossfit today and Marilyn is coming home tonight. Our HBO channels were switched from cable to streaming, so we just re-found them. I watched a few episodes of White Lotus Season 3, and will probably watch the conclusion today.
QOTD: Definitely a gilded era house on the beach. Something along the lines of the Grand Floridian at Disney World. Big kitchen, wine cellar, library, gym and pool. Green Grass and High Tides Forever.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Ravioli
Dinner: Marilyn should be home at 7:00, I think that I will wait for her.
Have a great day, all!

Good Wednesday morning everyone. Halfway through another week. Ended up getting another stainless-steel rabbit cage yesterday. Didn't get a chance to plant the kale or Swiss chard as we had a crazy thunderstorm roll in. I have to make sure to call and reschedule my appointment I cancelled last Friday with the weight loss center. I've seemed to come to a standstill after losing 34lbs regardless of what I do, so I'm going to see if they can tweak the pills I take or if they suggest a different approach.
QOTD: If you could design your dream home what would it be? Mine would be an L shaped log cabin with a huge professional kitchen complete with a Himalayan salt walk-in refrigerator so I can dry age my meats and also to make things like prosciutto and capicola. The master bedroom bathroom would have a soaking tub and a separate shower. It would also have an attached greenhouse so I could grow stuff year-round and a root cellar to store stuff. Boy do I wish I would hit the lottery.
B: coffee and eggs and squash
L: leftover chicken loaf
D: pork burgers and salad
30 minutes on the treadmill
Have a wonder day everyone!!!

QOTD- Yes I've read it, but for a more fun story from John Steinbeck I would recommend Travels With Charley he does a cross country trip with Charley a standard poodle.
Yesterday I worked so hard, I had 2 jobs to complete and actually got them both done. It wasn't fun and I don't plan on repeating that anytime soon. I have so much work it stresses me out. I don't multitask it is hard enough to get one job straight when I finish one and then I move on to the next. We have 2 new people starting next week so maybe things will slow down then.
It was a beautiful day yesterday 75 degrees and sunny. Today will be much the same.
Have a great day everyone!

Kelly, I don't know if it's the case in California, but Dermatologists are super in-demand here. Every year, I seem to get a notice from the hospital that my Doctor has left and I have a new one.
