Good Morning! Monday we meet again. Your meal looks yummy!I had a good weekend, spent Friday evening at Em's apartment since her cat was still recovering from her teeth removal surgery we took dinner and just hung out for a bit. We took a drive Saturday and had lunch at a BBQ that was just ok and we did spend some time over the weekend binge watching a docuseries called Naming the Dead-it was very interesting and I thought about how neat it could be to volunteer for the Doe Project.
Today is my 11 year surgiversary! Wow time flies that's for sure. It just doesn't seem that long ago but also it feels like a lifetime ago.
My menu today is typical fare for during the day and for dinner small BBQ burger, no bun with some carrots, protein ice cream with banana on top and probably a slice of toast. Exercise done, water and vits on track.
I hope the start to this week is great for all!
Good morning all and Happy Monday,
It's been warm. I like AC and breezy nights and they have been abundant.
Saw Naked Gun and it was as stupid and enjoyable as expected.
Went to Lincoln Park zoo, green city farmers market and North Ave Beach Saturday. Saturday night, I went to a rooftop party for a friend's 50th. It was... Interesting.
QOTD- I wanna be a yachtboy.
B: Lox and cream cheese on a tomato.
L: barbacoa hand pie, salad.
D: Rotisserie Chicken and BBQ sauce, donut peach and Rainier cherries, green beans.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 208 lbs 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
"I wonder if pizza thinks about me, too."
Good morning, everyone!
Back to work, this morning. I'm taking Friday off, so hopefully it will be a short week. Today is also my second to last swim class, so I drove into the city.
I hopped on the scale this morning and checked my weight. I'm a pretty infrequent weigher. I respect the people that do it every day, but I just find it too stressful. I was about 5 pounds less than my ticker weight.
Tomorrow is my extraction, so still on soft foods.
QOTD: yacht.
Breakfast: English muffin
Lunch: catered
Dinner: pasta
Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all.
Riley stayed the night last night so she is just getting up. I swear those kids fight like cats and dogs. :::eye roll:::
we were going to go to the lake but the weather is not ideal so we'll do that this weekend most likely. We're going to run and get the other kids and run to Walmart. Need to figure out what we'll feed em.
I'm in a super amount of pain right now. Really nothing new but some days it gets to me.
QOTD: neither really LOL
B:protein bar and coffee
L: ???? Maybe a chicken breast
D: L??
Happy Monday Gang!!! I made it blueberry picking Saturday with my mom. Ended up with almost 11 lbs and grabbed some peaches and other goodies.
Friday night Irvin and I went out for dinner something we don't do very often, but one of the catering companies I use at work also has a small restaurant not far from us and they had a prime rib special that looked so good and it was. We did have to wait 1/2 hour, but I was OK with that. They also had great bloody Mary's. Got a bunch of stuff done outside as the weather was really nice.
QOTD: Would you rather travel for a year in a campervan or travel for a year on a yacht? As much as I love boating I think traveling in a campervan around the US would be so much fun. It's not like I couldn't go to the ocean on either side of the country. One of my nieces rented a RV a few years ago and drove cross country with her husband and son for 2 months. They had a blast.
B: coffee and cottage cheese with fresh sliced peaches
L: ham and cheddar wrap
D: grilled pork chops with grilled zucchini
weight machines and swimming at the Y
Have a great day everyone!!
Well I'm a dum dum. I forgot to post pictures.
Seafood Platter (half eaten before I realized to take a picture)
My Prime Rib that was melt in your mouth. Yes I like mine medium/rare.
Couldn't you just hold onto that heat? It is supposed to hit us Monday or Tuesday.
I think 90% of Spokane is Seahawk crazy (and the Zags too of course). Hope you're able to get better coverage of their games.
Keep cool this weekend!

Hope the concert was awesome. Rod Stewart has such an interesting, enjoyable voice. Haven't been to a concert since the Moody Blues back when they were all still alive and before Pitch Correct. It was nice and also sad to hear their aged voices. Time marches on.
Crossing fingers your tooth holds on. Tooth pain is the worst. Hang in there

Whew you had a busy day, hope the weekend is rejuvenating for you. The concert photos are great!

So sorry you're dealing with that heat and pain together. It would be nice if you could use that a/c now. The pendants are gorgeous, you're very skilled! And...you find such funny memes (sorry Veggies).

For a minute there I thought someone was posting pictures from Spokompton, er Spokane. One of the reasons we cut down our stolen redwood was to stop the druggies coming to park by it (they thought they were hiding). After they'd visit their dealer up the hill they'd park by the tree to get high.
First day of the prep diet instructions: pretty much just white food. I am not eating any grains or white starches, this diet is going too well!
B: choc.protein/collagen shake.
L: 1/2 c nf Greek yogurt w/1 T sf peach jam w/the fruit pulled out
D: 2 Oz ch. breast, 1/4 c nf cottage cheese (prolly have half now, half later in the evening.
QOTD: I'm no good at any sports with little balls but at least I can kinda understand baseball. At school I was always on the outfield so I wouldn't tick off the cool kids too much.
Ps...3 month progress shot, forgive the mess. The shirt was skin tight and I couldn't even get those jeans on before.
Hope everybody has a good weekend.
And, go get those blueberries!
