Good mornin y'all.

Yesterday's appointment went well I guess. We'll see if they approve the CT scan. Fingers crossed. My doctor is retiring in 90ish days. I'm just hoping it doesn't delay treatment of anything. I don't know who I'll see next. Just annoying really. Today is the pain clinic.

My mom had another melt down last night. I was nearly in tears. Hopefully today'll be better.

I need to wash my bedding today and I don't know what else we'll do.

QOTD: if it's the lake I do water shoes. I stepped on a hook once and had to get a tetanus shot lol.

B: protein bar and coffee

L: chimichanga

D: ????

Happy Thursday Peeps or Friday-Eve as many of us know it by. Made it to the Y last night and Irvin showed me the different machines he was doing that targeted different areas of the body. We ended up doing round and being on them for 45 minutes. I couldn't believe how quickly it went by. Then we hit the hot tub for 15 minutes. By the time we got home I wasn't even hungry so didn't have dinner just a nice big glass of ice water with some fresh squeezed lemon.

I'm back in the office today but had to do a run to Walmart earlier and I just got back a little bit ago. I think today is the last day of the heatwave, but of course it is going to the be worse one. Already gross out.

QOTD: When going to a pool or beach do you wear flip flops, sandals, or water shoes? I just wear flip flops as they seem to the be easiest for me to get on and off.

B: coffee and 2 eggs with slice of ham and cheese

L: salad with cottage cheese

D: chicken burgers maybe

Plan on doing the weight machines again tonight and hoping on the treadmill for a little bit. I think the lap pool has the swim team in for a little bit so I'll see if I can get into that after or not.

Have a great day everyone!!!

I crave salt and because of low blood pressure, the doctor tells me to eat plenty of it. Stuffed olives, dill pickles, pretzels and potato chips are my favorites. I am working on my next adventure, A trip cross country on Amtrak. Then a week in Portland, Or with different ocean and river cruises and trips by air every day. I believe Julie is in Portland or Beaverton so hope for a meetup. Should be last week in October.

Good Morning! Midweek vibes here today. I have a few items on my calendar and believe it or not we are in the next pay cycle already. The new team member still isn't ready to fly on her own so I haven't been able to hand off the ones I have been processing which is a bummer but we are closer which I am grateful for.

QOTD: Sweets by far

Menu is a repeat from the last 2 days. I may grab an afternoon coffee but that will depend if I can break away or if it's super busy.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning, Jennifer and Menuers,

Wow summer is blowing right by, and I am too busy to enjoy most of it. Family reunion this weekend. I am taking off Friday to prepare for it. I am still waiting to see my fate in this company. I don't know when it will happen, but I am sure it won't be much longer. Other than all the regular stuff nothing much else going on. We will be heading to the beach and the end of August, and I have a trip to Costa Rica planned in October.

QOTD: Salty for sure. I have been making Beet and chickpea salad with feta and just plowing through it. I would pick cheese over any other food group.

Accountability: I am trying to stay diligent but last night I ate Coconut cake just trying to get it out of the fridge.

Good mornin y'all.

My appointment with the orthopedic doctor is this afternoon. So glad it's here. I need to get moving on feeling better. I'm going to mention my left hip too. I'm over all the pain. If you're up to it please send some positive energy my way to stand up for myself.

I got a lot done yesterday. Made some egg stuff to make my own breakfast sandwich's. Sooooo good I must say. I used smoked paprika, roasted bell peppers and a little cheese sprinkled in. I used the blender to mix the eggs and cottage cheese. It was really tasty. I had one of the sandwiches for dinner yesterday. Had some slab bacon (which I wasn't a fan of particularly, not enough fat on em and it tasted more like just ham) and some no added sugar blackberry jam on a light English muffin. I froze the other five, some had applegate chicken sausage patties.

QOTD: salty all the way. It's been better since I started mounjaro. Lately I've been craving cookies like crazy. In particular cowboy cookies.

B: egg, chicken sausage, street taco tortilla and coffee

L: Chimichanga and a rice crispy treat mini

D: probably a bit of chuck roast and some veggies.

Oh stinky shark oh stinky shark. LOL I remember seeing Andrew Zimmerman on his bizarre foods show eating it. Now I'm game for trying things, but when it comes to rotted stuff that also stinks yea I'll eat hissing ****roaches first.

It's kinda typical New England weather. One minute you need a sweater the next you're running around half naked because it's too hot to wear clothes. LOL.

Great job on the weight loss.

Good morning, everyone!

We have Happy Hour tonight. I'm excited because it's been six weeks since we had our last call. Since Marilyn and I have both been sick, we will just have water.

Last night, I got out on my bicycle. It was a short ride, but felt good to move my body again. I'm planning to return to CrossFit tomorrow and hope to be back at full speed next week.

QOTD: Definitely sweet. Remember year one when we would never eat sweets again?

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: catered

Dinner: tenderloin

Have a great day, all!
