I've found that vitamin needs can change more than I expected over time. When I started supplementing, I was mostly focused on B12 and iron, but later had to adjust calcium and vitamin D amounts too, especially after a few blood test results surprised me. I've also noticed that basics don't always cover everything, like how some multis are good for general use, but not if you've got specific health goals or gaps.
Good to see you, Gina!

Hey, my friend! i have missed you, most off all, with all your spot on advice!
We had- still have- Six Flags Over Texas, but it was only opened during summer, when I was a kid- and was 30 minutes away- like a whole other country, to a kid! As a teen, it was our favorite date place...acting scared, on the Judge Roy Scream, so you grab your boyfriend...go thru the Spelunker Cave, where it was cool and dark...still grabbing that boyfriend, no doubt....awwww....memories
