Thanks! In a way I'm glad the results show what I've been feeling. They treat me like I'm crazy or overreacting. BUT I wish none of it was there. Weird feelings for sure.
Hi Posters and Lurkers (come and post, we don't bite!) Glorious day here for August: overcast with sprinkles and I don't think it got above 70. A real treat, we usually are in the upper 90's with drought conditions and gusty winds that spread fires set by __ (I'm minding my language). The gastro's nurse called for pre-procedure questions, nice to have that done. Chill that GoLytely, baby! Getting prepped for the trip next week, Hubs wants to do it in one day three hours each way and I have to be at the church early to bring the family chalice and paten for the service.
QOTD: Have to say neither but both would be fun. After losing weight with the VBG I was hurrying, slipped on ice, zoomed off the sidewalk and landed under a car face up with a broken tailbone. It was actually pretty funny but I've been hyper-aware of putting my bum in any danger ever since. haha.
Tough love today:
B: 2 cups coffee and 2 tablespoons sf coffee creamer
L: My protein/collagen shake.
D: nothing
LS: 5 green beans and 5 slices of zucchini
Water, water, water, water!
Yup not enough protein etc. but I wanted to see if I could do this today. So far so good!
Going to try a link...this is really old but I watch it every couple of years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmKnf7QhuSo

So sorry your test showed further damage. Hope by the end of the day the pain was lessened. You and your mom are so kind to help your first cousin twice removed (used to know that stuff by heart, now I must Google) while she's recuperating. My MIL had one of those breaks-her nurses didn'****ch her and she tried to get up from her wheelchair. A few months she did it again and broke the same bone down by the elbow.

Hope you feel better soon and don't have to wait too long to see your NP.

Good Afteroon! I was MIA while we got payroll ready and out! Now it's getting ready to close the month which then means we start all over again-lol!
QOTD: Some of you may have read this before, I was a competitive amateur roller skater from first through third grade. Lots of travel and it was fun for my sister and I.
My Menu is standard for during the day and for dinner I think I am going to have chicken and green beans. Exercise done, vits and water on track so far.
I hope you all have been doing well.
QOTD- When I was younger I lived on my roller skates. I did used to go ice skating but have weak ankles so it was always a struggle. Honestly the only reason I went was for the boys.
It's raining today so no need to water the plants. My work computer was acting up yesterday, I use the same monitors for both computers and have a switch, which wasn't working. I had a black screen, I have a backup switch but do you think I could find it? After searching through the closet and drawers I finally found it on the monitor stand, if I had just looked down I wouldn't have had to rummage through the closets.
My neighbors put a bunch of stuff out for free, they went through their attic and were trying to find homes for everything. I brought nothing home. They had a nice oak table with a leaf, but it's way too big for my house.
My roommates girlfriend asked him to move in, I'm secretly cheering. I would love to have him move in with her.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning all and Happy Hump Day,
I moved Monday and am posting this from my new apt deck, coffee in hand. I'm so grateful to be done with the actual moving part, the last apt and landlord. This was the worst move of my life due to the moving company and my current physical health. Onward and upward from here.
I'm just starting to open boxes and identify what will go where. This is always exciting. My dog seems happy with the new digs.
I'd like to try to post more often but the daily thread isn't always active at the desired time. If no one minds, I'll start the daily post if it's not up yet.
QOTD: Neither. I don't see either materializing in my future.

Good Morning Jennifer and Menuers,
Just thought I would check in. Everything is steady as she goes. I did have bariatric appointment last week and I maintained my weight for a year. However, my ferritin and B7 are very elevated. No one got back to me to tell me what I need to do to fix it. I am gearing up for my trip to Ocean City. I got 2 1/2weeks and I am trying to decide what my ****tail of choice will be. I know I will do old fashions for night caps just need something fun I can water down for the beach.
QOTD: I roller-skated every weekend in my teens. I know I could still do it, but I never got the hang of ice skating. I still to this day do not have good balance no matter what I do.

Good morning, everybody!
This week seems to be passing at a fairly brisk pace. Today, I am in the office and Marilyn has tennis tonight, so I'm kind of on my own.
Last fall we bid for a in home dinner party. Our first chef fell through and we have rescheduled to this weekend. Our new chef seems like a Rock Star. She worked at Nobu and is doing a Japanese menu for our guests. We are pairing it with some Burgundy that I picked up Sunday.
But what we have to do now is get the house ready! Marilyn has been cleaning, sending pictures of our kitchen and dishes to the chef and trying to get things organized. I need to pressure wash the siding and mow. It should be a nice night.
QOTD: Have I ever roller skated? I feel like I've done it at rinks, but I'm not sure. I played hockey as a kid (not well), so I pick skating.
Breakfast: potatoes and bacon
Lunch: Stuffed Shells
Dinner: chili
Have a great day, all!
