Exercise Accountability Thread 1/29/12

Whew-- so glad I got out of my funk and got back to the gym. Two days off felt terrible! Today I did 30 minutes of jog intervals at a 2% incline from 5-5.3 mph. Then this evening I did 45 minutes of more jog intervals at a 2-3% incline from 5-5.5 mph.

I'm back, baby!

I did some more kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Then I did a 20 mile bike ride with a .5 mile sprint brick. 

I had a crazy active weekend and loved every minute of it.

 No exercise per the surgeon.  11 more days before I can get back on the elliptical :( 

Surgeon: Chengelis  Surgery on 12/19/2011  A little less carb eating compared to my weight loss phase loose sleever here!

No running today...prepping for a colonoscopy tomorrow.
Probably won't get back into my running rutine until Wed.
Not happy about it, but I gotta get this done. (sigh)

I cleaned my house from top to bottom!! LOL And hit the treadmill for 45 minutes on incline 6-8 alternating. Didn't want to work out, but pushed myself!!

Raked the leaves in the yard and bagged them, pooper scooping, other outdoor yard clean up 45 minutes.

Housecleaning....vacuuming and mopping floors 30 minutes.

Marketing. Putting groceries away....

Enough for a Sunday...

Back to Curves bright and early tomorrow morning !

Cleaned the house for a bit.  Zumba for the Wii with my daughter.  Then 90 minutes of Gentle Restorative Yoga -- God, I love Gentle and Restorative Yoga!
