Every Monday I make a 1lb of ground turkey with chopped up onions and green peppers into a taco filling.  Then throughout the week, I measure out my 2oz of that with a bit of cheese, a bit of salsa and a little bit of Fage 0% for a super quick meal or snack that's tasty and high protein.

VSG on 05/31/11 with
-1 hard boiled egg chopped, a little Greek yogurt or mayo (Kraft chipotle mayo is AMAZING), mustard and mix together. You can also add cheese.
-low fat string cheese
-Oikos plain Greek yogurt, use SF syrup to flavor
-I keep blocks of cheeses I like that I can cut off an ounce or two, cut up and go
-just about anything Morningstar farms makes, veggie sausage is a fav
-the eggface crustless quiches freeze well so I'll make some and microwave 1-2 for something quick
-frozen salmon burgers
-cottage cheese, you can even buy individual cups (I don't because I'm cheap)

Many more, but I'd be here all day if I don't limit myself!

 Rotissiere chicken from Costco

Tumaro's Grand gorumet tortillas (50 cals, 11 carb, 6 fiber, 5 protein, purchase in Meijer deli section)  Makes a great sandwich with the above chicken.

Soy nutlette cereal (like grapenuts, 140 cals, 25 protein, 15 carb, 9 fiber)  I use this as a cereal, but a half cup is too much for one sitting even with my large stomach.  I also use it to make yogurt parfaits from FF greek plain yogurt with sugar free torani vanilla and diced up fruit.  Yum!  You can get this at netrition.com  VERY satieting for the hungrier folks!

Protein bars, Tiny meal almond are my favorites

Soy crispettes, BBQ flavor, from whole foods- good protein snack

Kays all natural protein chips parmesean flavor (netrition.com)

White trash jello (16 ounces cottage cheese, 1 small container light cool whip, 1 small box SF jello- mix and let set for at least 15 minutes.)

SF jello pudding mixed with light cool whip to make it a mousse for when I just havet to have desssert

Yasso frozen greek yogurt bars (sams)- awesome and guilt free at 70 cals and I think 8 protein

Cook salmon enough for left overs, use on a spinach salad the next day

Boca burgers, a definite favorite

sweet and spicy jack links jerky

tuna anything

tyson precooked frozen chicken chunks- 1 minute in the mic and they are preseasoned

make my own meatballs and freeze to drop carbs down

wendys chili, or homemade turkey chili with loma lina vege burger mixed with turkey  (Loma lina has half the calories of turkey and more protein)

A lot of this stuff sounds a little high in sodium, though.  Isn't that something we're supposed to be watching out for too?  I feel like my choices are limited because of that sometimes.

Depends on your body/health conditions. I have really low BP so I dont worry about sodium - i stressed about it for a while and then realized for me, it doesnt matter. Obviously if you have or are pre-disposed to having high BP, you may want to watch your intake.

I don't have high BP but I am concerned about retaining water. I guess that's where drinking more fluid comes in, huh.  ;)  DUH!

It's not like I'm eating a whole bag of it either.
