I apparently have a condiment addiction! I dip everything. I am happy with my weightloss so far but still I know I can do better! I am doing everything I can to kick my butt in gear today.

No more "treats" for a while and I have to get this condiment thing under control.

what are your favorite condiments to use on chicken, tuna, etc??? (carb friendly please)

Check into Walden Farms - They have a big selection of dips, sauces, and condiments - Calorie Free.

Even Peanut Butters and Jams & Jellies.

Many of their products are sold in the diabetic food section of your local supermarket as well.

Have you tried many of the Walden Farms products.  I just looked at their website and it sounds too good to be true! (Which normally means that it is)  Does it all taste nasty?

I found some pretty decent Thai curry sauce that im going to try pretty soon - whenever I feel like cooking.

I am too lazy to cook and be creative so I just like to get pre-marinated/seasoned meats from Trader Joes and things like that.

I did have a "dip" phase where I made my own dips with greek yogurt - i made ranch, some french onion dip, and a couple others. Just bought the powdered mix and voila - they were edible - not great but ok.

I have a friend that uses greek yogurt to make tuna salad...I haven't tried it yet, (because greek yogurt sounds gross to me) but she swears by it.

If you want what you make with the greek yogurt to be extra creamy, strain it overnight through cheesecloth in your refrigerator.  Then you can add herbs and spices to it and it comes out like any spicy Aioli or Mayonaise.

I use salsa and NF Plain Greek yogurt for the majority of the time. Since I am in maintenance, I also sometimes use avocado.

I've ordered sugar-free ****tail sauce and teryaki sauce from netrition.com.  They have a couple of different kinds.  They also have a couple sugar free BBQ sauces, but I like Stubbs, which you can get at the grocery store -- it doesn't have any sugar added.

Heinz also makes a sugar free, lower carb ketchup.  And I've made my own tartar sauce with SF pickle relish, low fat mayo etc.

Good luck!
