Well I hit my number so NOW I'm instituting Operation Chasing 199!  It's been 2 1/2 years since I was UNDER 200lbs and for the first time in those 2 1/2 years I see that I CAN get back there.  The last 2 1/2 years living in regain have taught me alot, and I will share that in another post...for now onto the menu!

B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach; Flax ~ boy I've missed my shake)
S:  Coffee; 1/2 Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar
L:  Meatloaf; Bacon wrapped Asparagus
S:  Boiled Egg
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Pink Lemonade)
D:  Pork Shoulder Country Style Ribs; Cabbage

Water:  4/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  4.5 miles

X- 5.2mile interval run completed
V- yay!

Good morning & good for you Ms Shell!!

B:  Vanilla BA shake/6 oz coconut milk

S:  2 oz low sodium boar's head chicken breast, 1/2 t of hot sauce, 2 T of sauteed spinach

L:  The 2nd 1/2 of my chicken cheeseteak with mushrooms and spinach (inside only) left over from dinner last night

D:  Salmon, not sure what veggie yet.

V:  Calcium and b12 done; multi's in a bit

W:  32 oz so far

X:  Treadmill with intervals of running.

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Congrats for staying on plan and having positive results. It does take determination, courage, and hard work. You can and are doing this. -:)

L: SF Oatmeal packet from my desk drawer circa ? (unless I can con my better half into bringing me a grilled chicken salad)

S: Quest brownie bar

D: My son's 5th birthday today. He'll be picking out dinner, but I'll revise my menu as necessary! Cake to follow, which I won't have. Had some this weekend at another family birthday party and my birthday is Friday! 

S: ? Not sure. Depending on dinner may be running pretty low on calories and protein at this point. Might have some GY w/ SF preserves and something else too. 

Liquids: Working on it. 

Vits: Will take later. 

Exercise: Gym after work which will be 45 minutes of cardio today, strength training for arms and lunges, lunges, lunges for my deflated backside

D: low carb whole wheat tortilla with roast beef, cheese, and shredded cabbage.

I'm routing for you in OC 199, Ms Shell! You've got a fire in your little belly and determination in your heart....and your diet has been spot on. You got this!!

This is my first post here as a POST-OP. YEAH!

Vits: B12 done, working on calcium, multi later
Ex.: 15 min on the dreadmill at 6am to get the overnight gas moving; 25 min at mid-morning around the neighborhood with Mom; 20 min with hubs around dinner time.
