It's supposed to get up into the 80s here today!  But I refuse to turn the AC on because it's going to be cooler the rest of the week.  (It's also allergy season, so I'm stuck with windows closed.  Sigh.)  

B: 4 ounces leftover Chipotle!

S: protein shake with 2T Benefiber, 1 dose Miralax, 1/2T collagen

L: 3 ounces grilled salmon and 1 ounce green veg (not sure which yet, depends on what looks good at the store.  I can't wait for market season!)

D: FroYo Protein Popsicle

Vitamins: 1 of 4 and I got my vits set up for the next two weeks. 

Water: In progress

Exercise: Rest day, although I might end up taking a walk with someone if someone wants to go on a walk with me.

Today was supposed to be stormy all day, but it looks like that will wait for this afternoon.  I'm glad for the sun this morning, but hope my flight tonight does not get messed up. 

I've noticed the past few days I haven't been following my plan exactly.  With busy weekend timings a snack seems to always get cut out -- oh well this leaves room for a slightly larger caloric snack in the evening.  

B - chike

S - string cheese (pre workout) + string cheekse & clementine (post workout)

L - buffalo meatballs & carrots

S - greek yogurt & strawberries (if I have time)

D - green curry chicken

S - nuts on the plane

E - 3 mile run & yoga

W - on track

V - after lunch

Good morning, everyone.

Dinner - meatloaf if I cook today, otherwise meatballs from the freezer

It's going to be hot today had to turn on ac now the high bills will start coming in. I haven't been paying attention to what I have been putting in my mouth and I'm scared I have stretched my stomach out.

Hi GwenMo!

i whipped out my old school Epilady to use on my legs.  I hate shaving all the time, lol!  I had to run to the Starbucks drive-thru.  I threw on a new summer dress (still kinda chilly in the 60's) but the line was long so I got off & went inside.  Then I realized only 1 of my legs was hair-free, lol!  Oh well, hope no one mistaked me for big foot, lol!!!!

B: sausage, scrambled eggs w/cheese sprinkles

S: iced coffee

L: BBQ at my sisters... Burgers & Hot Dogs... I'm bringing my low carb broccoli salad, raw cauliflower with gourmet dips made from Greek yogurt... I have flavored like cucumber dill, buffalo bleu & bacon cheddar.  They will either be a hit or miss.  We'll see!

D: I want yogurtland, I ain't gonna lie!  My fave is plain tart w/fresh mango, blueberries, strawberries & kiwi.  BUT it's not summer yet... Boooooo.  I have leftover chicken & probably more raw veggies. ;)

water & Vits were on track yesterday but then slipped.  I will try to do better today!

Epilady?!  You are BRAVE.  Too funny that you only shaved one :D  

This reminds me that I should shave my legs before my trip to NYC on Tuesday.  Sigh.  But I tried on my favorite dress that I got a year ago and it actually fits better now than it did then, so I don't need to try to find a different dress!  I'm so happy!

It's a nice 60ish degrees today.  I did my usally 3+ mile walk (actual 4.17).  I'm home making my quiche for breakfast for the week, my lunch is taco meat w/mexican cauliflower, I have chicken masala and will make some chicken salad on tap for the week.  Plan plan plan!

B:  CarbMaster; Almond milk "shake" (just mixed the two and drank like a go-gurt...LOVE it)
S:  Way to much coffee after my run lol
L:  Egg Scramble (eggs, spinach, mushroom, cheese, salsa)
S:  ??
D:  Chicken Masala over Kelp Noodles

Water:  6/10
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  4.17 miles Check

Yum quiche!  I can't wait until my body is happier with eggs.  Right now they high my stomach like a lead brick.  I'll try them again in a few weeks.  

How did that mexican rice turn out?
