I'm still up in PA with my parents to help them out.  Chauffeur, cook, tech support, you name it, I do it.  Hopefully we'll have answers of what's going on with my dad's health by the end of this week or early next week.  Regardless, I'll go home Thursday so that I can be home for the long weekend and I'll come back next week if necessary.

I'm going to try to use my mom's suboptimal treadmill later today... we'll see how that works out.

1: frankenshake
2: cheese, tomato, avocado
3: sloppy joes - my dad always requests this
4: shake, yogurt, or cheese

water and vites: on track
exercise: hopefully treadmilling
