I really feel like crap today. I overdid yesterday and am bracing for the next 6 month (6 month surgiversary in 2 weeks) So here is my commitment.

B: Kashi Go Lean Crisp, 1% Milk, coffee

L: Chicken Salad, prunes

S: Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt

D: Left of Prime Rib (yum) brocolli

(That better be it)

E: Daily activity - maybe light weights

V: A bit behind will get in some calcium after this post

W: On track

B- QuestBar Lemon Cream Pie flavor

L- Starkist Tuna Creations Zesty Lemon Pepper pouch and a banana

D- Not sure, possibly roast pork, probably grilled chicken breast with veggies

S- No sugar added popsicle or two

E- Walking towards my 10,000 step/day goal

After being happy that I ended March at the same weight I started it... I'm happy to find that, this morning, I was at my lowest weight ever.  182!  FINALLY.  I'm still in PA - I'll be heading home tomorrow after my dad's radiation finishes.  

1: frankenshake
2: turkey sandwich innards
2.1: nuts, some cheese
3: grilled burgers, roasted green beans

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: 42:24 5k training for a total of 2.14 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

B:  1/4c fat free vanilla yogurt with half a scoop of Syntrax Fuzzy Peach

L:  1/2c mushroom broth and 1/4c skim milk butterscotch pudding

D:  1/4c fat free vanilla yogurt with half a scoop of Syntrax Fuzzy Peach

S:  2 scoops of Syntrax Pina Colada in 16oz water spread out over three snacks.

E:  2 hours of slow shopping

V: everything but my evening liquid iron (blech)

W: still have to squeeze in another cup or two.
